Delivery & Postage
All paid orders received by 3:00pm on a working day will be dispatched the same day.COVID-19
We are working with our carriers to ensure that we can deliver to as many destinations as possible but there are likely to be some delays in the main to destinations in Europe and Worldwide with only partial delays if any in the UK. If you could please work with us during these difficult times and if there are any issues please be assured we will do everything within our ability to sort them out for you. We would however ask you to allow an additional 4-7 working days for delivery due to the impact of COVID-19
UK Orders
FREE DELIVERY - UK ONLY
Free delivery is available on all UK orders if your order value is £500 or more. If your order is £499.99 or less our standard shipping charges will be applied at the checkout and added to the purchase price. If you require a guaranteed next day delivery service ( working days only ) this is not part of the free shipping offer and will be charged at the next day price against your purchase at checkout.
STANDARD DELIVERY
To mainland UK addresses usually takes 1-3 working days (Monday-Friday) and costs £3.99 for up to 3 items. under 30kg and £14.99 for items over 30kg. Due to the size and weight, cost of shipping the Tuf Wear Mammoth Punchbag is £60.00. If more than 3 items are ordered, the shipping charge will be displayed at checkout. Deliveries to the Isle of Man, Channel Islands and some areas of the Scottish Highlands and Islands may take longer.
If you do not receive your order within 5 to 7 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY DELIVERY – UK ONLY (Not available for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland)
Nominated delivery on a Saturday or Sunday is available on orders placed up to 3.00 pm on Friday at a cost of £7.99. PLEASE NOTE: Orders placed after 3.00 pm on a Friday will be delivered on the subsequent weekend. The delivery date you have chosen will be clearly displayed at checkout, so please ensure that it matches your requirement.
UK NOMINATED NEXT WORKING DAY DELIVERYUK ONLY (Not available for Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Highlands & Islands and Northern Ireland)
This service is available for nominated next working day delivery within the UK (Working Days being Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays), for orders received by tufweardirect.com by 3:00pm on the date of order, at a cost of £6.99 for items under 30Kg and £19.99 for items 30Kg and above.. If you do not receive your order on the next working day we recommend that you contact us.
Overseas Deliveries
We regret that for overseas sales we can only deliver to the address at which the debit/credit card is registered.
CHANNEL ISLANDS
Delivery to Jersey, Guernsey, Alderney and Sark costs £4.99 and normally takes up to 3 working days from the date of despatch.
EUROPEAN UNION DELIVERY
Deliveries to most Member States of the EU normally takes up to 4-5 working days (Monday-Friday) from the date of despatch, although many orders arrive sooner than this, and more remote locations can take up to 7-10 working days at a cost of £9.99 for the first item which is below 5kg in weight plus £4.99 for each additional item under 5kg

If you do not receive your order within 10-14 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
OTHER OVERSEAS DESTINATIONS
Orders for destinations other than the United Kingdom and EU Countries cost £14.99 which is below 5kg for the first item plus £7.50 for each additional item under 5kg and can take from 10-14 working days (Monday-Friday) to arrive, although many order arrive sooner than this.
Please note that orders for these countries may be subject to import duties, taxes or clearance charges, which are the customers responsibility. The policy regarding these charges will vary from country to country. If you are unsure about whether or not duty will be applied to your purchase on importation we recommend that you contact your local customs office before placing your order

If you do not receive your order within 21 working days from the date of despatch we recommend that you contact us.
Tracking Your Delivery
The despatch details you receive show the despatch date, the carrier and the tracking reference. In the case of most UK deliveries, track the delivery progress of your order by going to the Royal Mail Track & Trace or Interlink Express Track & Trace web page and entering the tracking reference.
In the event of dispatch via a carrier other than Royal Mail, a similar tracking facility will usually be available via the carrier's web site.
Our carriers will normally attempt to deliver your order during their working hours, typically 9.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).
If there is no one available to receive the delivery, the carrier will leave a card explaining where your parcel is being held. Sometimes the carrier may attempt to leave the parcel with a neighbour, otherwise it is likely to be sent to a local post office, sorting office or carrier's depot.
